Summary (Important)
Please read though these terms of sale carefully before making a purchase or pre-order reservation. Pictures from our website are from repective makers with the relevant copyright and are meant for illustration purposes only. Due to production differences, the final product may not be exactly what the picture depict. Do contact us if u need any further clarification. We reserved the rights to amend any of the terms of sale without prior notice.
Currency In Use
Currency used by default is SGD Singapore currency. Default payment mode for international customers is Paypal while local customers are Paynow/Paylah or bank transfer.
Returns & Refunds
Our refund and returns policy is in effect for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Defects deemed as manufacturer’s fault during production are able to be returned. These will include condition such as missing parts, breakages to the main item and different item received from what is ordered. Any other defects such as slight dis-colouration, loose joints, etc are unable to be returned or refunded. However, if order cannot be fulfilled by us after full payment is made, a full refund will be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request for refund/return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven days. Items returned will be sent out within seven days as well. To return your product, you should contact us for the return address.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer for any returns.
Sale of Pre-order Items
Items on pre-order will be available at a later date. This will be usually one to two months from item’s manufacturer official release date. We cannot be held responsible for item’s late arrival due to delay’s from supplier or manufacturer actions such as late shipment or delay/cancel production of item. When pre-order items are in-stock, they need to be collected or arrangement made for delivery within two weeks of notification. If item is still with us after two weeks, we reserve the rights to cancel the pre-order with deposit forfeited. On a case to case basis, separate arrangement can be made for collection or delivery beyond two weeks subject to both parties’ agreement.
For customers residing in Singapore, kindly contact us regarding pre-order details and procedures for making reservation for pre-order items. A deposit is required to secure the pre-order item and balance payable will be applied when item arrive in our store.
For international customers, all pre-order items need to be paid in full less shipping cost at the point of purchase or reservation via Paypal and when item arrives at our store, we will send u the shipment cost and details. Once balance shipment charges are paid via Paypal and confirmed, the order will be processed and item will be shipped out to your registered account shipping address.
Local (Pickup/Shipping) & International Shipping
Items will be shipped out during 3-5 working days after full payment including shipping & handling charges are paid and received by us. Shipping options (EMS/Normal/Registered/local courier services/etc) and charges (shipping and handling) will be made available after your order is received and processed. Local pickup is available at designated locations. Kindly contact us to arrange for local pickup.
Due to the volatile nature of international shipping, custom and excise duty for countries may differ and change from time to time. In order for Animate Corner to provide all customers with the most current shipping charges, kindly check with us first on the shipping charges before making an order on our website.
How to Qualify for Free Shipping
For local customers, single purchase without pre-order or sale items of value equal to or exceeding SGD 300 will automatically qualify for free shipping. For international customers, free shipping option is NOT available. However, if customers have a coupon for free shipping or reduced fee for shipping, coupons can be used for the order.
